Pia Becerra

Pia was raised between Spain and Argentina and, after nearly a decade in Ireland, has made her home in Portugal. She has always been drawn to multicultural environments, and connects easily across cultures, languages, and worldviews.

She holds a degree in Interior Architecture from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. She has also trained in Landscape Architecture and Fine Art, and founded her own illustration and calligraphy studio. She is deeply called to supporting vulnerable people. She volunteered with refugees and set up a Forest School for children in Direct Provision to connect with nature.

Having served in the church for many years with children, young people, and adults, she is passionate about the CGS and recently trained in Level 1. Mother of four, in her free time she enjoys gardening, pottery, climbing and cold dips.
