Patricia Ludick
Adolescent Programme Consultant

Patricia Ludick is in her thirty-fifth year of working in Montessori education and was one of the planners and contributors in the early Montessori adolescent movement in the 1980s. She has initiated adolescent programs at several Montessori schools in the USA, including Hudson Montessori School and The Montessori School of Raleigh. She has been active in curriculum design and in working directly with young adolescents over many years. Patricia continues to serve the needs of new teachers, children, adolescents, and parents. 

Patricia has consulted with public and private Montessori adolescent programs, presented at conferences, conducted workshops and retreats, and has guided teachers many summers at the AMI Montessori Orientation to Adolescent Studies. Pat holds an AMI primary diploma, a certification in Special Education, a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a certification from John Carroll University in Spiritual Direction. She is an AMI Auxiliary Trainer for the 12-18 level. Pat and her husband, Tom, have five grown children and 12 grandchildren and reside in a small-town east of Cleveland, Ohio.
