Margarida Neto
Portuguese Guide

Margarida is from Porto! She has a degree in Portuguese and German Language  and Literature from the Universidade do Porto. Later she complemented her studies with German Philosophy, African Literature and four levels of Latin at Universidade Clássica de Lisboa. During her stay of a few years in Madrid she joined the  Complutense University for a Spanish Language and Culture course where she gained insight into the Spanish perspective on Iberian history. 

Margarida has more than 20 years of experience teaching Portuguese language to  foreigners, in Portugal and in foreign countries, both in school and corporate environments.  

She has also had experience teaching English and German in school environments. 

She is well versed in promoting differentiated learning objectives, maintaining multilingual and multicultural focus, with a continuous commitment to student development, respecting the individual identities when they are confronted with new languages and cultural environments.

Travelling and being near to the sea are as necessary as the air to breathe.
